STORE MANAGER
Location: Upper East Side or Williamsburg
Reports To: Director of Retail Operations
Full-time, In-Person
Duties/Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable store culture aligned with brand values.
- Own hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular check-ins, goal setting, and feedback conversations.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, setting the standard for service and professionalism.
Sales & Client Experience
- Drive store sales performance through strong floor leadership and client engagement.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through relationship-building and personalized outreach.
- Ensure exceptional service standards across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with the Director of Retail Operations to execute store-specific sales strategies and goals.
- Analyze sales KPIs (UPT, AUR, conversion, etc.) and take action to improve performance.
- Propose, plan, and execute in-store events and activations to drive sales, strengthen client relationships, and increase local brand awareness.
Store Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee all daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory management: receiving, transfers, audits, replenishment, and shrink prevention.
- Maintain BOH and FOH organization to brand and operational standards.
- Execute company SOPs consistently and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with corporate teams on inventory audits, product flow, and operational initiatives.
Visual & Brand Execution
- Ensure the store reflects Still Here’s visual identity at all times.
- Execute visual merchandising directives with attention to detail and product storytelling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
- Provide feedback to corporate teams on product performance and client response.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between store teams and corporate leadership.
- Communicate clearly and proactively regarding store performance, staffing needs, and operational issues.
- Support cross-store initiatives and brand-wide projects.
- Represent the brand professionally within the local community.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in premium apparel.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with a proven ability to develop teams.
- Highly organized and operationally minded with strong attention to detail.
- Sales-driven with experience analyzing and acting on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required.

Retail Operations Associate
Location: New York, Madison Avenue
Reports To: Store Manager / Operations Team
Full-Time, In-person
Inventory & Product Management
- Receive, unpack, and process deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare, pack, and route store transfers, wholesale pulls, and e-commerce fulfillment
- Responsible for logging, communicating, and reconciling damaged inventory
- Maintain stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and proper product care
- Assist with inventory audits and shrink reduction initiatives
- Support replenishment to the sales floor aligned with visual and merchandising plans.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure size availability and timely retrieval of product
Requirements/Qualifications
- Flexible availability — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1–2 years experience in a retail or logistics/operations role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong time management ability to multi task and prioritize
- Comfortable lifting up to 30–40 lbs and working on feet for extended periods
- Proficient in retail technology systems, including POS software/Shopify, inventory tools, ERP
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
