Any garment which has been embellished (hand-painted, embroidered, snapped, etc..) is subject to idiosyncrasies and imperfection. It is the nature of the process and we embrace the handmade quality. Embellishments are subject to wear based on everyday use.
For best results, exercise proper care: Machine wash cold. Gentle Cycle. Mild Detergent Line Dry. Do not iron directly on embellishments. Do not Dry-Clean.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business day from when order is placed and payment is processed.
For orders of hand painted, embroidered or otherwise embellished denim, please allow up to 10 days until shipment.
For all orders marked "Made to Order," please allow for up to 2 weeks until shipping.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number.
For all US orders, we offer USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express as shipping options. Still Here offers Free Shipping on all US orders. International customers will be given a shipping choice of either USPS or DHL.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Still Here is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Return / Exchange Policy :
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accommodate a return within 14 days of purchase date for a refund of item cost. A $12.00 fee will be taken out of your total refund for cost of our restocking fee and shipping label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached to be accepted for return. Please use our automated return portal found on our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within these 14 days for return shipping information.
Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase date. Please use our automated return portal found on our website or email us at email@example.com within these 30 days for return shipping information. Once we receive your return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached, we will send out the requested product for exchange. You will receive a new tracking number for this product.
Store credit is available within 30 days of purchase date. Online store credit will expire after one year from original purchase date. Please use our automated return portal found on our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within these 30 days for return shipping information. Once we receive your return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached, we will send you a credit code.
We are happy to supply you with a pre-paid shipping label for return shipping. If your items are accepted for return, your order will be refunded or credited with a deduction of the cost for the return shipping label.
Still Here garments marked "Made to Order" are only available for return as exchange in the form of online store credit.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of return receipt. Still Here holds the right to deny any refund, exchange, or store credit request not meeting all policy requirements.
