Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from when order is placed and payment is processed. For any rush orders please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. :)


Any garment which has been embellished (hand-painted, embroidered, snapped, etc..) is subject to idiosyncrasies and imperfection. It is the nature of the process and we embrace the handmade quality. Embellishments are subject to wear based on everyday use.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number from our customer support team.

Still Here offers free shipping on all US orders over $200. 

International Customers: You will be given a shipping choice of either UPS or DHL as shipping carriers. International customers are responsible for all costs associated with order delivery as well as return and exchanges. Still Here is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs charges,VAT or fees associated with shipping or that International customers may incur.

Still Here offers Shipping Insurance for a small fee via Third Party providers such as Route or Order Protection. Should you choose to opt-out of Shipping Insurance, Still Here is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped from our facility, handling and ensuring delivery of the product is the responsibility of the carrier and/or receiving customer. 

If you Opt-In for Shipping Insurance and experience an issue with lost, stolen or damaged packages you can quickly and easily file a claim via Route or Order Protection directly and receive an immediate resolution.  

Return / Exchange Policy


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accommodate a return within 14 days of purchase date (10 days from order fulfillment date) for a refund of item cost, less a discounted shipping rate and restocking fee. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Please use our return portal or email us at info@stillhere.nyc to begin the return process.

We are happy to supply you with a pre-paid shipping label for return shipping. To ensure fastest service, please ship your return back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label.

Any product purchased on sale is only eligible for exchange or store credit. 


Exchanges are available within 20 days of purchase date. Please use our return portal or email us at info@stillhere.nyc to begin the exchange process.

Store Credit

Store credit is available within 30 days of purchase date. Online store credit will expire after one year of purchase date. Please use our return portal and choose store credit to initiate the process. Store credit will be processed only after the returned order is received in our warehouse and approved for credit.
