Creative Producer

Location: New York

Full-time: In-Person / On-set / Hybrid

Still Here is seeking a highly qualified and skilled creative individual to assume the role of Creative Producer, responsible for production and execution of all branded content, in-line with marketing calendar, for use on all brand marketing platforms.

The individual in this role will work closely and report directly to our Creative Director and our Head of Brand to help conceptualize campaigns and own production of all marketing and content creation. The perfect candidate possesses a sharp design eye and is a talented art director or content producer with relevant industry experience. You are an extremely detail oriented and organized team player, capable of production management and that understands our brand and is excited about the opportunity to work with our small creative team.

Responsibilities:

Assist CD in concepting Art Direction for marketing and branded content campaigns for use across all brand touchpoints, inclusive of web, social, OOH and email.
Work closely with Head of Brand to understand the marketing calendar, launch cadence, product details, deliverables request, campaign voice and objectives.
Consistent ideation and creative flow with CD, including concept development, moodboard creation and presentation for review.
Create, plan and manage Brand Creative/Content calendar to effectively produce shoots in line with brand Marketing calendar, timelines and deadlines.
Own all content workflows including e-commerce shoots, line-sheet shoots, editorial lookbook development, content and studio shoots, in support of launches, brand activations and events.
Shoot Production: inclusive of being lead on casting and bookings, location scouting, contract negotiation, call-sheets, day-of production and organization, delivery of final assets, asset selection, and post-edit.
Constantly seeking out creative and talented partners (photographers, videographers, models, hair & make-up etc..)
Work closely with Marketing and E-Commerce departments to format assets to required dimensions and for all uses.
Maintain brand’s visual identity across all creative assets.
Collaborative creative planning on all channels including social media, web, OOH and email.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in a similar creative field, with a focus on art direction and/or content production
Impressive Portfolio demonstrating successful content creation and digital marketing campaigns
Possesses a sharp design eye, understanding and awareness of creative strategy and art direction
Understanding of the brand we are building, our story, cultural relevance and our brand DNA
Currently have a network of industry creatives including photographers, directors, models etc. and keep up with industry players including creators, influencers and talent.
Ability to translate everyday moments into engaging and shareable content
Ability to work creatively and effectively with a limited budget
Obsessed with creating something new and special
Interest in what drives social media engagement and consideration of consumer behavior and response
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload and tasks in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in contract negotiation, responsible in scheduling, and thorough in managing all vendors, crews and talent
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Pinterest, Canva, Google Suite, Slack and all social media platforms.
Basic technical skills in photography, videography and editing
Familiarity with best practices, inclusivity and diversity

Weekend Retail Primary Associate

Location: New York

Full-time: In-Person + requires a commitment for at least 3 weekends/month

Still Here, based in New York, has an opening for a Primary Retail Associate position at its retail store location.

The Primary Retail Associate is responsible for managing the daily store business, presentation and owning the brand experience in-store. The Primary Retail Associate is expected to work alongside our retail associates, leading a team of customer-focused staff to provide best-in-class service and develop a loyal client base. This role reports to our Retail Coordinator but oversees the entirety of the store’s daily operations, including store merchandising, store inventory management and store presentation.

Responsibilities

Keyholder- responsible for opening and closing the store on a daily basis
Manage basic store opening and closing procedures such as cycle counts and cleaning duties, maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance as requested
Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement
Master product knowledge, brand story, brand pillars and season strategy
Assisting in onboarding for all new store hires with support from Retail Coordinator.
Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities.
Maintain full organization of back of house and cleanliness of the store throughout day
Keep track of daily foot traffic and notes throughout day
Accurate reporting to Retail Coordinator at end of shift including any and all comments, notes, analytics and/or concerns
Recruit and train a high performing and responsible team members as needed

Qualifications

1+ year experience in Luxury or Contemporary retail
Interest in fashion, styling and being part of a growing team and brand
Must possess extensive customer service skills with a strong sense of intuition.
Be sales and customer service orientated, highly motivated.
Be fashion savvy with tasteful presentation, good personality and good brand fit/style.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technically savvy with experience in Google Suite and POS systems preferred

Physical and Mental Requirements

Go-getter, self-starter personality with positive energy and a desire to help build.
Comfortable with standing and sitting for extended periods of time
Comfortable with a weekend job commitment
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds safely when necessary
